CRANK & CADENCE / INFORMATION

Plan the arrival.

Delivery is$19 for merchandise below$500 and included from$500 before any welcome saving. The studio list calculates this from the current selection; changes to the list can change delivery and must be reviewed again.

Check access paths and the room footprint before arranging equipment delivery. Product dimensions describe the equipment; doorways, stairs and the safe route into your room require their own measurements.

For a return or incorrect-item question, email support@crankandcadence.shop with the reference and model. Keep packaging and instructions until the issue is resolved, and do not send equipment to an unconfirmed address.
